Chelsea 1-0 Crystal Palace: Hazard nets the winner as Blues wrap up the Premier League title

Chelsea sealed their first Premier Leagu title in five years beating Crystal
Palace 1-0 after Eden Hazard headed in his rebounded penalty a minute before half time.
The Blues needed a win to be crowned champions and broke the deadlock whe Hazard reacted well to his saved penalty after being brought down in the box by James McArthur.
Eagles stopper Julian Speroni dived
correctly but couldn't keep out the
Belgian's accurate header as the winger netted his 19th goal of the campaign.
Palace's Jason Puncheon almost ruined the party when his long-range strike drifted wide of the post but Mourinho's men always looked comfortable.
Gary Cahill and Dider Drogba both had second half chances to put the result an title win beyond any doubt but they wer not made to pay for their missed opportunities.
